Any plans to make fiddle viable again

Havent played fiddle in a little while so i decided to try him in ranked again since he got some buffs, was one of my best carry junglers....huge mistake, hes so fucking weak right now, like his only purpose is to be a mass aoe threat, but he barely does anything as hes always 1-2 levels behind due to his super slow clearing, on top of the fact they nerfed one of his core items this patch, hes not doing too well, he was one of my favorite junglers but I just dont think its possible for me to pick him up until somethings done to bring him back into the game
