Well two of them are considered secondary assassins.

I've seen Cait with full lethality do a lot with ult, nearly 100-0, but that's about it.

That's an ultimate. Have you ever been killed in 1-2 autoattacks by her or Draven? They aren't Secondary Assassins. What about MF with her Q? Or Jhin with his goddamn Q-AA? I've said this before. Assassins should one-shot, and should be squishy, and have to get right up and close with the enemy (Zed, Talon, Rengar) and have to outplay their enemies to escape a sticky situation. ADCs should deal sustained damage from afar. They shouldn't one-shot with lifesteal and a whole team to protect them, or just auto-attack their way to full health from three enemies in order to escape a fight gone South.

Vayne and Twitch are classified as secondary Assassins. I haven't experienced being 1-2 shot by either of those four, as I'm good at not stepping on traps, and I usually ban Draven every game. The most I've seen is a Vayne 3 shot.

Once I took like 80% from MF Q yes, and I don't like that champion anyways. Jhin, no. I main Jhin and haven't ever 100-0ed someone just by Q-AA. Besides, you can't act like ADCs have a lethality and conventional build in one. MF's Q is the only BS thing I've seen from an ADC. Go play Varus or something and act like you can 1 shot everyone and heal 30% HP per auto, see how well it goes for you.
