I remember the first time I played with a Galio

It was probably around season 4-5, not long after I started playing on my own without my boyfriend (now ex-fiance) who had been teaching me the ropes. I was an ADC main at the time. I came in for a match, in the old legacy client (R.I.P.), and someone picked this unique looking, blue and yellow looking gargoyle as my support.

And it was awesome. I remember the one specific play once we hit level 6. I had never seen Galio's spells before, and an enemy player had come near our turret from the tri bush (we were blue side). Galio all of a sudden just sat on the ground in a huge taunt, pulling the enemy back in and dealing damage. I finished him off in about an auto or two.

And that is when I knew I found a new champ I was going to fall in love with.

And I did.

I had so many wonderful games with my Galio. I remember my last one before his rework, and I got a lovely quadra kill in that game.

Now, all that is gone. Thanks to the horrible designers who decided to change him. Decided to completely destroy Galio, the champ I and so many others loved, and replaced him with another total new champion that barely even resembles him.

I don't know your names, the people who did this to him, and I want to say this to you all-

I will never forgive you for this. You ruined Galio, and you all do not deserve to work on another champion rework. Because other champion mains, do not deserve to have the one they loved destroyed, like me.

Rest in peace, the real Galio. You will forever be in my heart.
