Can we please give Ezreal his attack speed debuff on W back? Unless you're full AP, it's such a weak ability. I don't know many people that even put a point into it before they have to.
I understand why it was taken away, but I'm pretty sure the change wouldn't put him super far ahead of the newer marksmen out there, and if it does, you can nerf other parts of his kit to compensate. Honestly I just want him to actually have 5 abilities again instead of just 3 and a passive.

NOPE. Debuff. He used to lower the attack speed of enemies hit with W. They took it away because Ezreal would win trades simply by sapping enemy adc attack speed and increasing his own through his passive.

Erockandroll1 votesSomething that bugs me a little is the "Just E into it" change where they allowed Ez to be effected by his own W. Though "just Eing into it" is a bit Unrealistic. (I suspect) Why can't Ez just gain the AS buff on cast? (with or without procing his passive) It would actually give him a bit more reliable AS buff that would allow him to be used more as a normal ADC. (rather than an AD caster with mana problems.)

Could also be good. Honestly I'll take any buff that will make me want to actually put a point in it before level 13.
