Hextech Gunblade and Dragon Attack Speed changes

Note: These have nothing to do with each other just didn't want to make 2 threads.

Ok, first thing, Gunblade. With item 3146 now giving more AP, it has the same AP as item 3152, with bonus AD and the active, with the only drawback being no 10% cdr. So what's the point of having item 3152 now. Unless you REALLY need that cdr you might as well just go for item 3146.

Now Dragon. A while back when new dragon (and jungle and Summoner's Rift as a whole) was introduced the dragon was too easily solo'd by a certain champion's ability to block every shot at level 2 Pantheon. One alternative that many players asked for (including myself) was to increase dragon attack speed and decrease damage, making it the same DPS (like it is now in 5.2). So perhaps we can change it back? As is, dragon's attacks count as spells (activated things like item 3102 and Sivir and Nocturne's spellshields. So now (assuming dragon has its attack speed from old Summoner's Rift) perhaps we can change it back to where things like Pantheon passive and Jax counterstrike can once again block dragon.

wota costs 2.5k compared to gunblade's 3.4k why waste 900 gold for a stupid active if you don't benefit from AD and lifesteal?

  1. most champs that went for wota really want that cdr as well
  2. 900 gold is quite a reason not to go gunblade actually...

it really is the wrong way, especially lowering the normal lifesteal. Gunblade should rather have recived a ad-buff, so ad casters could atleast consider it for the spellvamp, or atleast hybridchamps would think about the hybrid item, but now it will be mostly for aps with ad-ratios(Akali Evelynn Katarina )
