Any source that has additional stacks or procs usually has damage reduction on it. I see no reason for such a stupidly strong ability that scales with crit chance for absolutely no reason shouldnt have it.
Its AOE, it bursts for like 800 damage, and roots. An adc shouldnt have ALL of those things on one ability.

Who Fed Ru2 votesMore would be BS cause then she would have to be balanced around losing more damage per Feather, and wouldn't be rewarded for setting up correctly landing a big amount of them.
Also, 
damage reduction on additional Qs has been removed last patch, and for 
it is cause her W is no skillshot and you can land all 3 without effort.

DuskDaUmbreon1 votesConversely: It's not easy to land more than 2-3 on someone, unless she plays well and/or they play stupidly, or they're just hit by a Morgana Q and she just keeps stacking them up. Although, at that point, they were still stupid, since Morgana's Q moves slower than some rocks.
Gibberwatt4 votes^this. the only way you get hit with more than 3 feathers is: A: You did a dumb, and walked between her and a fat load of feathers B: She's hit you a half dozen times without you moving. Which is kinda hard to imagine, unless you belong on one of Kshaway's videos.
