What the heck is up with this game right now?

I get the new changes "hardly that intense of changes" are a bit much to take in for the simple minded (majority of the community) but this is just insane. When someone dies in lane it starts becoming a never ending spree of deaths

I'm not talking about struggling in lane like going 0/2 and behind a few cs, no, I mean going 0/5/0 and being down 3-4 levels on the person and it's not just happening in one game it's happening almost every freaking game. This is getting retarded. New items and a few marksman changes apparently took away everyones ability to do anything in this game but die
