Ryze main Beeing sad on his Rework

i waited this rework since 8 months when they anounced his rework i thought that they was going to come back 4 years ago. Ryze was always a mage, a burst mage. Why did they turn him into a tank? No fun with balance problem. He always had gameplay problem but then they turned him into a dps tank, building mana and tankiness rushing ROA+ARCH and then frozen heart+SV. Relying on his cooldown passive and cooldown bonus on his Q he was able to shot 500 dmg Q every 2 sec while beeing as tanky as nautilus

-still have a bad ulti with no fun to use it -press R get non -noticed AOE dmg+spell vamp, seriously who survived from the spell vamp? who did massive aoe dmg? you know riot wants to talk about funny gameplay why this ulti even exists? there is no use except reducing other spells cd and gets bonus ms

still a tank

mana ratio, 30% cdr on his ulti, % MR debuffs instead there isn't something which will change. They wanted to give him some gameplay with this passive but it will only affect him before the 5 stacks. His early game is nerfed on many spots, i'm sad again that riot encourage tank ryze with this 30% cd passive on his ulti. One thing again, why Is he receiving a shield ANDDDD bonus range?
