Boards nerf threads are directed at the wrong champions
You're busy crying about Lee Sin and Zed....
When you should be complaining about Vi and Leblanc.

Vi Win rate: 53.84% Pick rate: 23.17% Ban rate: 30.6%
LB win rate: 47.52% Pick rate: 14.51% Ban rate: 34.6%
Zed win rate: 46.87% Pick rate: 13.94% Ban rate: 36.67%
Lee Sin win rate: 46.29% Pick rate: 24.98% Ban rate: 2.52%
I can maybe see your point on Vi if you legitimately believe that win rates mean a lot (although I'd argue the fact that she's easy to play is why her win rate is high, rather than that she's overbearing or too strong.
Your point on LeBlanc sort of discredits anything though. In comparison to Zed, you have almost identical statistics (LB wins a little more, Zed is picked/banned a little more). How you can find LB overbearing and not Zed is astonishing. LeBlanc at least has some well defined weaknesses (waveclear, inability to push objectives like turrets, base stats) while it's very difficult to identify ANY weakness on Zed other than the existence of Zhonya's and QSS. Frankly, an item costing over 3000 gold should not be the only solution to a champion, you won't get it until he's already established a lead. Further, that 2.5 second stasis lets him run away at no cost. If you counter-play his ult you get nothing, if you don't you die. That hardly seems fair.
Note: I'm not saying LeBlanc isn't too strong, just that LeBlanc is no problem compared to Zed. Both are difficult to play and both have huge assassination potential. The difference is LeBlanc is only viable as an AP assassin to get picks. Zed can be an assassin, duelist, split-pusher, etc... all in the same game, every game.
