panth a little too strong right now?

Top lane and mid lane, decent play rate with an average of 56% win rate 60% with 50+ games. Any champ in top/mid I pick I always l lose against pantheon. He can't go oom for a long time because of that stupid mega pot. Can constantly poke you for 1/8 of your HP every 4 seconds( even more if he is ahead maybe 1/6 or 1/5) with a spear even worse when you are low HP. Can't trade with him because of his passive and stun. An ult that can be used as a teleport back to lane or to gank another lane. And no I can't even play safe against him. Pantheons are so aggressive I can't even soak the xp from the minions in lane. Does he need a nerf?

really he is pretty balenced. i still love to jungle with him. i know he is balanced there.I cant speak much for the top lane as ive never really seen him played there. Feels good to junglw with him. He is weak early strong mid and late ulti in for a stun usaLLY ends a carries life. I love to use him to counter high mobility champs.

Jungle he is balanced, top he is broken. Also its the opposite... he falls off hard late game what are you talking about

It's cause games are so short right now, he doesn't have time to fall off. Personally, I just go find other stuff to do on the map instead of laning against him, come back whenever I need to def the turret.
