@RiotMeddler, any plans for Liss? She's suffering immensely

Ever since you gutted her already low damage to compensate for her new, extremely conditional passive, and after nerfing her because players found a better way to play her without dying due to lack of damage (Aftershock), she's been in the gutter for some time now. I think her new passive missed the mark, and lowering her already low base damage and ratios only made her suffer even more (on top of increasing the mana cost and cooldown for Ice Shard, her main source of damage that already has low range).

If you wont increase her numbers, at least change her passive. Passives that rely on champion deaths is a terrible design, and you pointed this out when you changed Zyra's passive to what it is now. Instead of relying on champion deaths, why not make it so every 5 / 4 / 3 (levels 1 / 11 / 16) spell casts against enemy champions summons a carbon copy (frozen thrall) of the next enemy champion she strikes, while functioning the same way it does live? At least this way, she actually has a passive and isn't reliant on a mechanic that has long been considered a terrible design.

Her q has 190 base damage rank 5 lmao

If this change went through they’d have too severely lower the numbers

Can someone inform me about the whole issue with the aftershock keystone- was it really that overpowered that they needed to rework her entire kit?
