6 second cool down, with the chance to stun with acquired taste? Really?

That is absurdly low cool down for something that does damage, slows and possibly stuns.

Or, am I wrong here?

He didn't really work as a champion when the cool down didn't match the passive stack duration, if anything lowering the slow amount and maybe cleaning up the hitbox on the ability would help tune him.
