Can Kindred not take an hour to mark a new target in ARAM?

Seriously, by the time the mark is made, the fight has happened and everyone is dead. Instant would be too quick, but maybe 5 seconds is not to much to ask. 10s just seems way too long for ARAM's quick pacing.

And then when they finally do die, it's when you're already dead and your assist window expired.

Yep. My favorite is when my team kills my mark right as I get back to the fight from re-spawning without letting me get in 1 attack.
