Lucian is too oppressive
All the time, whenever I see a Lucian, he usually has either won lane or has a massive CS lead over the opposing adc. This is mostly due to how easy it is for him to chunk an opponent. Thunderlords on him makes any ability used a potential proc because of the passive 2 shots he gets along with his dash. He has tremendous stickiness with the dash and Q's range, so escaping is not always easy or even possible. Landing skillshots is a challenge too, again due to the dash. Fervor stacks way to easily on him as well. A Q+A+A combo makes that bonus damage immediately huge for little to no effort.
are 2 core items which add a ridiculous amounts of stickiness to him. The added CDR and movement speed make chasing a target really easy, not to mention the movement speed buffs he gets from landing an auto on any marked target from his W.
There is a reason he currently has been sitting at nearly 40% pick rate for the past month (link )). He is hands down the best choice for any situation ADC wise. He also has the most games played by a massive margin and nearly double the games as the second place champ.
The issue is, Lucian is not a bad champion. He is relatively well put together, has decent scalings, and a fun to use kit that does not seem clunky or awkward to use. The issue is that the kit is so well suited for any type of conflict. Whether it be sieging, retreating, wave clearing, kiting, you name it, the kit will fully support any and all fighting style. From long range poke to up close and personal.
