You mean the passive she needs to get a kill (or a 3sec assist as opposed to normal 10sec) to get? That passive?

Her chompers are useless for kiting or aggressing in a teamfight, their charge time is as long as Veigar's cage was when he was "unplayable" and less than a quarter the size with smaller range. They're only any good for cutting off an access point.

Her W is probably the easiest skillshot in the game to dodge, AND can be body blocked. Not to mention she needs to be stationary to use it, which as an ADC is a pretty tough ask.

So yea, if she does get that first kill, she needs some sort of mobility. It's pretty much the only thing in her kit that lets her function in teamfights. She's a sitting duck otherwise.
