Okay Riot, enough is enough with this retarded OP champion release balance

As a jungler who had already killed Zoe twice with ganks, she lands a single Q on me and DEALS 49% OF MY MAX HEALTH BEFORE EITHER OF US IS LEVEL 6.

WTF is this. A basic ability dealing 49% of my max health when she's 2-2 (two solo kills on my mid laner) and I'm 2-1 (two kills on her when she sticks around after killing my mid laner).

49% of my max health with a single ability that can't even be dodged because her CC is so reliable.

This is atrocious balance. How do you even come up with this bullshit?

Like, I want to come on here and have a constructive conversation, but the balance you guys come up with just doesn't invite it. You complain that people come in to posts emotionally charged, but you should at least make it look like you've tried to make things balanced in order to give us somewhere to start. "This part of the kit is good and reasonable. This part is a tad OP" I can do that, I can have a constructive conversation. I can't come on here and act like there's anything remotely right about a rank 3 basic ability at level 5 dealing 49% of my maximum health, and it being reliable to hit because she has easy to land CC, when I'm playing a non-squishy champion. There's nowhere to start with that. It's like you enter a room to negotiate a contract and the other side is expected to come in with an unreasonable offer and you're prepared to come back with one of your own, but then their unreasonable offer is just hysterically out of the world and you can't do anything but laugh and walk out on them.

Most ULTS don't deal that much damage.
