This would really only affect Darius Fizz GangplankTeemo Twitch though teemos does have a bonus on hit bonus already.

i agree to some degree. with darius it makes sense. so it does with twitch as well. however teemo already has bonus on hit. and gp is a one time thingy. and fizz would be played tank again.
