So disappointed to not see Fiora and Zac changes this patch
Fiora is climbing the ban% and Zac has been permabanned for 3 patches now. I think we have PLENTY of data to indicate that these champions are too strong and need nerfs.

I'm gonna be honest. They nerfed Zac's damage last patch, but people kept banning him, so there actually might not be enough data to get a clear view on whether he's OP or not.
He could be perfectly fine, and people are just afraid of him. We'll never know, because he keeps getting banned.
Fiora and Zac have a 52% winrate. Zac is #10 on the highest average winrate champions. They aren't too strong, they are annoying to play against. If people banned champions based on winrate, Anivia, Malzahar, Sona, Yorick and Ahri would have much higher banrates then Zac or Fiora. Nerfing Zac and Fiora wont reduce the banrate unless their winrate is 45%. I mean, Yasuo has a 50% winrate, but he is the most banned champion right now. Do you think nerfs would solve that? Fiora, Zac, and Yasuo have high banrates because it is simply not fun to play against them. They need reworks (or in the case of Zac, a revert) not nerfs.
Why are you disappointed about Fiora? It was well known she isnt getting nerfed. Meddler stated how they believe she is in a good state and they arent planning any nerfs in near future
Zac is still pretty dumb even after his nerfs he got last patch. His E charge up time needs to be raised so he is punished more for using it poorly and can't just faceroll his keyboard to win games. The animation of swinging the champions together with his Q also feels like it takes an eternity to do which makes his Q cc people a lot longer than it should.
