AD per lvl: 3.4 up from 3 Base Armor: 26 up from 25 Shadow Dash: 55/95/135/175/215 Base physical dmg up from 50/85/120/155/190. (Scaling unchanged).

EDIT: Revert the Attack Speed nerf. Shen can't compete with tank like Volibear and Mundo. And as a peeler tank Poppy pretty much rekts him (they both have a mix of reliable and unreliable ally peel) With poppy's ult being waay more potent than his when done right. Also shen's ult is a waste on carrier because they have little resistances yet they are the ones you always want to save, poppy's is surefire!

If Riot buffed reworked Poppy because she seemed weak immediately after rework we would be now dealing with a monstrosity.
