@Riot concerning Champ Mastery in Ranked level competition

So Riot, you made a stipulation that you must be level 30 to play ranked. This is so that unskilled players cant troll. You made a stipulation that you must have so many champs in your champ pool to be able to play ranked. This is so that unskilled players cant troll. You released champion mastery's. Which are not only an indicator as to How well you CAN play a champ, but its also an indicator as to IF you have played that champ.

Its REALLY REALLY REALLY disheartening to join a ranked queue, and then see on the loading screen that you have a first time Ziggs for mid, a first time Yi for jungle, level 2 Blitz for support and a level 2 mastery Nasus as Top, IN RANKED, when you are playing a level 7 Jhin ADC.

Can you please make it Next season so that players who are joining ranked queues, MUST MUST MUST MUST MUST (I hope I put enough MUST's there) play a level 5 (at minimum) champ in Ranked.
