So lately when I see a team name that is offensive and feel its bad ENOUGH that it warrants changing, I report them. Currently though, the only way to report is under the Summoner Name. Could you please add another report category in the post game feature. for group, clan, team (whatever you want to call them) names that is separate from the Summoner Name report?

However, Just a side note. I have been playing this game since not long after its release, and I have had to report maybe 2 screen names. But since the release of Tags this feels like a once a week thing. I do not want to speculate or anything as to the reason this is.
But I feel if there were a reward/punishment program attached to them, it might help reduce these inflammatory tag names.
Reward ex 1: if you have more than ten players in your group who have each been in the group for ten days or more, then you get a unique loading banner around your summoner card (like the projects) (it could be a rainbow border or something signifying diverse clan player) Reward ex 2: 25 members, you get to change your tag for free up to 1 time. Reward ex 3: 50 members, you get to change your tag for free up to 3 times and your clan gets a unique ward they can use in game. Punishment ex: Players who create Inflammatory tag names, can not create or join other clans and receive a chat restriction.

Sure we have laws against smoking, but every city/state that I have ever been in has public access. And Public Access has and always will be free to smoke areas. Each and every person has the RIGHT to morally offend you but not the obligation, YOU have the right to mute them but are not obligated to, and RIOT has the right to ban them and is only bound by their own code of ethics to do so. Players have the RIGHT to cuss you out, to tell you to kill yourself. etc etc etc. You can not infringe on their rights just because you REFUSE to exercise yours and if you exercise your rights and do so according to the T.o.S. that you signed, Then RIOT has the obligation to review it, and the RIGHT to do something about it or not. You also have the right to quit playing League of Legends if the Mute/Report buttons aren't enough for you.

IRL, clinically, yes I am diagnosed as BORDERLINE Bi-polar. This diagnoses means that I am NOT BI-POLAR, but can and do exhibit Bi-Polar traits based off of unique situations. ie, mother died, and i might display anger at her illness, instead of sadness at her death. ie, mother died and i might display happiness that she is no longer suffering from whatever ailment killed her, where as my siblings would be distraught. If you think calling me Bipolar is an offensive comment towards me, when I am in fact Borderline, you are clearly mistaken. I am what I am, I am my own special creation. Understand that which you use as ammunition, before firing your gun.

You are taking two separate issues and trying to make them into one. They are not the same issue, they are two completely different issues. And when it comes to Names, and Tags, which is what THIS topic is about, the offended person has No way of defending themselves. There is no mute feature on the name tags. If you want to make the TWO SEPARATE issues into one, the better way rather than attacking ME, would be to post to RIOT and ask them for a NAME and TAG MUTE feature, like World of Warcraft has. However, I am not RIOT. IT's best you take it up with THEM if you want to make my two completely different statements about two completely different topics into one Bi Polar view point. Be sure to offer some solutions to the problem, you can even use my solution if you want, instead of just attacking them, like you did me, when you do it though, and do try to stay on topic when you talk to them. And when you do succeed, since I kinda do see your misguided point, Then my "warrants change" opinion WOULD be revised to the same as the Mute Them topic. At that point, there would be a valid way of defending myself. Until the reality of Mute Name or Tag, exists in League of Legends, then this conversation. as I have previously stated is not relevant to my original post. Furthermore, it is not relevant to the other post either. If you want to take Topic A and Topic B and create Topic C, then it needs its own unique thread, IN which TOPIC C is the sole focus.
