Sion nerfs didn't do anything

I had already tried to fight him 2 times before but I had to back because his CDs were up more often than my shield combos and thus he'd just push me out of lane. This fight I exclusively used shield combo and had to use my seraph's embrace active to shield myself from his ult + ignite. There is probably no other toplaner (besides Renekton) that I struggle this hard with and I don't understand why he does as much damage as he does.

My build at the time was fully stacked Seraphs, Catalyst, Mercury treads and cloth armor. Sion's build was Spirit visage, Mercury treads, Ruby crystal and longsword with corruption potion. I was 20CS ahead of him but he had 1 kill on me. (He killed me 3 times prior to this)

According to his Lolalytics after patch 8.21 his play rate went down 1% and and his win rate has not faltered. Obviously one day worth of data is extremely poor but I have nothing else to work with.

Want to know why Hashinshin lost? Because he's complete garbage at the champion and at understanding how Ryze works. He built Ninja Tabis, why? He built Adaptive Helm, why? I can see how it can be good versus Ryze but Adaptive helm is more useful versus DoT abilities like Teemo auto's or Brand. All in all, Hashinshin doesn't know what he's talking about and Sion is still too strong.
