Revert Fleet Footwork

The only thing that was done to PTA that was that the third attack doesn't benefit. It's SOOOOOOOOO hard to hit someone more than 3 times....

Fleet footwork was buffed to over double the heals in addition to deriving heals from crit damage. It's Warlord's Bloodlust basically now. People are using it because of that, not because of some invisible nerf to PTA.

LT is bad, PtA got nerfed into the gutter, they really dont have any other options.

People would be running fleet even if they didn't touch Pta. They more than doubled the strength of fleet without making any careful changes that wouldn't bring it out of line. You can't just make a sustain rune like that stronger the way they did and not expect it to be came warping.
