Why is balance based off of low elo?

It's not. Like, at all. Balance is and always has been based around plat+ and pro play.

Dear god not FUN! What's next? Sportsmanship? League is about playing ranked until you tilt and drinking until you cry yourself to sleep.

Nevermind that low elo is most of the players by far. You balance for them because if they leave who's going to buy the new Dunkmaster Ahri skin? Faker?

Yea Rito has mentioned very many times in their updates that they base their balancing around the pro's, which is kind of shitty in my opinion.

The game is balanced around Plat/Diamond for the most part with a little love thrown upwards and downwards

To add to this, its always "x is op" not "wow i played awful that game, i should improve"

They don't know how to play counters / match ups properly anyways... its just "fun" for them.
