I dont get it why do int feeders never get ban

Being in the D5 elo i get ALOT of afkers and int feeders, lots of them admit they are doing it in chat. Thing is every time i report these people i never get that little message that they got a penalty. I understand not being able to punish the silent int feeders but the people that admit they are doing it in chat should be penalized, i dont get it i really dont

Majority of toxic people i report i get penalized why can this never happen to int feeders and afkers

The int-feeder detection system is getting changes soon, but for now it's not very effective.

In the meantime, screenshot the chat and submit it in a support ticket to Riot. They take this very seriously and will manually review the feeders in question.
