I think a Shyvana Rework is in order.

Shyvana is... boring. She has the potential to be really cool, only it's wasted because she goes from a fast moving auto attacker while a human to a fast moving autoattacker with some aoe as a dragon. Wouldn't it be cool if she got different abilities entirley when she became a dragon. I think she should also become HUGE, like, 30% bigger than her current model, and that means her ult width would also be 30% bigger. She should really feel like a dragon when she transforms, dragons don't run super fast and punch you, they breathe fire, they eat you, they stomp on you. Here are my ideas, I don't have actual numbers though...

Shyvana's human form can stay the same, it makes sense for the most part. Her Dragon form, should yes be 30% bigger, and as for abilities, her Q I think should be the same idea, of a bite, but be more impactful as well. Have it apply a decaying slow or damage over time. Her W should change in dragon form. Dragons aern't really super fast runners (so I'd imagine) and usually just use their wings. When Shyvana transforms her W ability should become an ability similar to what the Dragon objective does when you first attack it. She releases a gust of wind knocking people away. BUT if her W was changed in dragon form, she'd lose the aoe on her burnout and end up dealing LESS damage. That's where her E comes in, her E now breathes fire similar to Rumble's flamethrower except it is a toggle. The longer you have the toggle on, the faster Shyvana's fury drains.

These are just some ideas that I had thought of right now, you don't have to agree, if you don't agree say your ideas on how Shyvana should be reworked.

She needs a TU on her base and ironscale skins. Her newer skins are great.

In terms of her kit i completely agree. Her theme is one of my favorite but she is binary in her play. I've wondered if they could rework her to be more centered around marking opponents with her e, getting rid of its% max hp damage and having different effects per ability.

I think she is currently stuck in a weird design space too as i feel gnar has filled their space of "rage based evolving badass" so not sure where they would even intend to go with her.

I, too, feel that Gnar is what Shyvana should have been. I'd love to see her suddenly get BIG and and just crash down on a tight knob of champs doing a bunch of magic damage AoE fire and hp% physical damage on impact.

No... she needs her nerfs reverted... she had an awesome niche as a counter to mobile bruisers like Irelia when she was strong.

Even if she was still super strong, she'd still be boring, and pretty unfun to play as.

It's not about numbers as the OP said, it's that she's boring to play. Garen runs around swinging his sword over his head yelling Demacia, muting people, running back and forth, healing while he dances and has a singular targeted ult that feels like "JUSTICE".

Trundle has a club that makes an audible SMACk whenever it hits someone so it's really satisfying to build attack speed on him.

Shyvana's character is very conservative for a demacian. Her long, drawn out DPS duels feel like you're in an old game of warcraft, and her dragon form doesn't feel as weighty as it should be. Even if they played some terrifying music when she ulted, it might make her feel more fun to play.

While I'm 100% interested in a Shyvana rework and would love to see Shyvana's Dragon Form feel more visceral, I'm not sure that I agree with your direction. Giving Shyvana too much CC, even in ult form only, forces her to compete with the CC bruisers J4 and Vi, and I'm honestly not sure that's a competition Shyvana can ever win when they just do so much more than she does on ganks.

I'm not opposed to feel changes on Shyvana's ultimate, but the changes should be focused on making her do what she already does better. I like the size change idea, and I'm not opposed to the Flame Breath change (although she would need some sort of fury drain adjustment to enable her to actually use it effectively). Shyvana doesn't need new tools to work, she just needs buffs to the ones she already has.
