Do you seriously expect us to throw away gold just for 10 more MS than other boots? (Swiftness nerf)

Boots of Swiftness MS from 60->55. It now has only 10 more MS than all other T2 boots.

Swifties haven't been a problem for months so this nerf is kinda coming out of nowhere. People buy swifties because MS is precious. All this nerf will do is fuck over immobile champions even harder.

Boots = 300g for 25 MS

Now considering upgrade cost for the benefits aside from the 20 MS all boots get upon upgrade:

Swiftness upgrade = 500g for 20 MS + 10 MS (~100 gold) Berserker's greaves = 800g for 20 MS + 35% AS (~850 gold) Boots of lucidity = 500g for 20 MS + 10% CDR (300 gold) Merc treads = 800g for 20 MS + 25 MR (450 gold) + extremely strong tenacity Ninja Tabi's = 800g for 20 MS + 30 AR (600 gold) + 12% AA damage reduction

Compare the efficiency of swiftness to any other boots and you see it's pathetic. Please give us context for this unwarranted nerf.

Riot can you stop what you're doing and rebalance the junglers? This is an absolute mess.
