ARURF AND SURRENDER

Since most of the time there is almost no chance of comeback in this mode,why cant we surrender at 15? i mean,most games end at 10,the reason they take longer is because the winning team is having fun spamming their abilities and the losing team trying to defend with Ashe Soraka and Sivir,please make it so that we can surrender at 15.And dont start the "omg why would you surrender while youre playing ARURF" heres a good reason, I DO NOT WANT TO PLAY (WAIT) TO JUST LOSE,the only thing that gets out of this is more anger. Give us that option and if people dont want to surrender then they just dont.Though most of the time ill afk with another or 2 teammates
