I am honestly so frustrated with lifesteal

Fiora with 3.5k hp, oh you think you got her? Nope she heals all the way up with ravenous. WW? Nope despite being tanky he gets lifesteal as his life goes down? Olaf? The list goes on and on and on and on. More specifically towards bruisers and divers. There is no reason to give them lifesteal as it is already so hard to wittle down. For adcs, I understand, theyre squishy as hell and need it. WOTA was removed because spell vamp was not healthy for the game. But yet lifesteal still exists and is actively abusable by the tankier classes.
