It funny how some still think it Wukong or Assassins problem only, hear me out and i not defending

Let's be honest with ourself for moment , right now the game is all snowbally and about early kills it not the problem of runes only but of items right now. Yes Assassin snowball like monsters after they buy but why not we all take a seat and let's look at other items/runes "Plus 1 kill" that make other champions snowball as well ? +1 kill + etc. +1 kill + etc. + 1 kill + etc. + 1 kill + pretty much any ADC aside from . + 1 kill + etc. + 1 kill + etc + 1 kill + etc. + 1 kill + etc.

Problem is not assassin only and their duskblade, problem is 1 kill plus good farm = one snowbally item that push champions out of control unless they are scaling champions or their kit lock their power behind levels. Like (Kit doesn't work well unless you are above level 11 to clear waves and able to make full rotation)

And yes from the list of items you won't notice much of tankers, cause their items doesn't snowball them hard that why most of viable tankers right now like etc goes for hyper AP building scale for damage.

And for runes Electrocute isn't the only problem with only, Conqueror/PTA snowball you will with , Kelpto snowball you with items which mean faster snowballs items, Aery plus + you know how it taste, etc.

Problem in whole that all items right now snowball champions, no matter what bounty system they make it won't make difference infact i will give you a funny example of my today match vs . We both killed each other in same time with ignite and we both had same cs we both bought same items + pots but because the enemy jungler baited my "smart" jungler and force him to die for, he was able to finish and since then the lane went out of my control just cause is snowball champions and able to get the first good item.

The only way you can recover from a fail like that if you was a lucky person and you picked a counter to that champion but unlucky me he picked rene after me, so i was hopeless cause by default Rene and Urgot is skilled matchup in favor of Rene.

But if it was vs due the nature of Urgot able to bully garen and able to counter him easily even if garen is ahead i can kill him but if it skilled match or not in your favor and they snowball you won't be able to stop them unless they dive you under tower without thinking right.

See it not problem of Wukong and Assassins only, it problem of the whole game.
