It can only be procced every 20/16/12/8/4 seconds.

So if you hit 5 people with 5 tentacles with your ult, but all at the same time, will it heal her for 75% of her missing health? If not, consider making it proccable all the time when she's ulting.

You can disregard the Q heal changes at the moment. Meddler has confirmed that they are being removed in the next pbe update

They are just trying random things to try to smooth out her game. Don't expect upcoming pbe changes to her to come to live.
