How much IP do you need for the rune sale? I need 16,850.

I did the math for all the runes I want to pick up in the upcoming rune sale. Turns out I'm 11,000 IP short. No idea how exactly I'm going to decide which ones are the most essential.

Assuming we don't get a surprise double IP weekend (rito pls), what runes are you going to pick up or pass by on?
