Yeah you know who I'm talking about Yasuo . Riot keeps buffing/adjusting every champ with overloaded kit and high popularity "ex:Galio Ekko Yasuo ", but then they tell you they're doing "their best" to keep the game balanced ,fair and competitive.

Rioter:"Yasuo lost a fair bit of his power as we headed into the pre-season, and then got brought down further with Press The Attack nerfs last patch. Leaving him at 44-45% winrate feels quite awful for a champion that has one of the most dedicated playerbases" .

what about Volibear and his player base? what about Talon who was in top 5 w.r now even with low pick ratio he's placed 16+ w.r on both mid and top. and I assume you believe MonkeyKing Udyr binary playstyle is just "fine" and they dont need current work at, because there are champs with more priority "Yasuo ,Galio " , but hey lets change Morgana a perfectly balanced champion that has his decent and uncomplaining player base and then nerf it because "we overbuffed Morgana across the board and wanted to bring her power back down, but she's doing a bit too well atm".

In some cases the reverse of this is actually true, they overbuff decently balanced champions because they are UNpopular. Morgana was that case.

And the buffs with Yas, as far as i can see, are a decently crappy attempt to bring him away from toplane and back to midlane, because mid is where he suffered so hard that his winrate lost 4%

Galio hasn't been seeing much Play in the preseason, so they are bringing in more scalings in his kit (Ap ratio on his damage reduction jfc) to raise his viability again.

Wukong and udyr may be binary, but they have viable times, they shift with the meta. they just aren't meta right now, their time will come soon enough.

They also dont like messing with popular champs/champs they like tho. Riven rework reverted instantly, Yasuo rework scrapped, "Zed has counterplay and game health concerns, but we didnt have enough resources to solve them in the assassin rework", yet they didnt care about fucking over Fizz in the same rushed update and many others kek!

The main Thing they did in the Assassin rework was give more identity and clarity to the playstyle of assassins aswell as cough "offer fair chances to fight assassins" cough. With stuff like Fizz and akali it actually worked. No more viable tank fizz and tank akali. But with shaco and rengar was a major fuckup.

Yas rework isn't scrapped, it is delayed. i dislike it too that they take so much time with him, but at least they do consider it. However, they do currently have set priorities for reworks, swain being the main field of target.

Sure, riot does screw up, but they do try and sometimes have success. it takes good recognition and order however

This fizz at least Needs ap to deal damage, the previous one didnt. and althoe his rework wasnt that much of a success, it did what it intended to do, which is to psychotically murder the infestation that was tank fizz

Not really, the main goal is to create an as evenly field as there is in all Levels, throughout unranked to challenger, which results in an ironic form of balance that is uneven, which is the meta. Riot tries to Keep champions healthy based on whether or not you can Play with them.

Some cases like Ryze take a lot of arguing to debate whether or not he is playable. he is, but in a Snowbally meta like this he has major issues translating his scalings.

then there are champions who are designed to Counter the existing meta, but have not a stable and/or popular basis, like galio did, so they tinker with him to help him be more popular in hopes of evening the meta balance a Little more. what we can do is pray and hope they dont fuck it up

another thing is there champion designs have gone to shit recently. Look at stuff like draven unique fun to play champ isnt toxicating to play then you have Yasuo who gets this uniqe design of a ability and they make it completely awful to play against after yasuo there ideas just keep going is it cool will it be popular add it and they completely ignore how it is to play against it because they assume more ppl will enjoy it then hate it. Which leads to hsit like this Zoe.

tldr riot dosent give a fuck if his kits un fun because all they care is hes popular and his skins sell. Which is the reason we have shitty designed champs like Kayn Zoe Yasuo etc

I dislike Yasuo as much as the next guy, but playing "gotcha" with rito comments just discourages them from wanting to contribute on these boards.
