Passive just seems like some random stat-fu
q is basically just mf q with more bounces
w is a longer range jinx w that can snare
e is a teemo shroom with a delay and immediate dmg
r is a skillshot multi-shot caitlyn ult
overall he seems like hes basically just caitlyn with a graves-esque passive, and his abilities aren't particularly unique, nor does he really add new mechanics...

Like back before Ryze's rework, is Ryze's Q ripping off Teemo's for being a single target damage ability without the blind? Is every line skillshot nuke in the game a rip-off of the other? The greatness of abilities is how they interact with the other abilities in the same kit, not how they're "just another (insert comparison here)"
HongChongDong2 voteshe's the first ever AD siege champion which is pretty exciting and while he seems alittle similar he still has entirely new abilities that no other champion has which is more than enough for me to be looking forward to him and how he's placed into the meta. The biggest thing to think about when new champions are released is that some new champions will have abilities similar to older ones, but that could be due to the fact the it's honestly difficult to come up with fresh revolutionary ideas due to the raw amount of concepts already in the game, or possibly that the design teams like the already in place iteration of the ability and want to use it on a new champion in a fresh way.
