Maybe your forgeting this, But Noc's ult is more then just a dash. The amount of confusion you can cause with the vision denial is massive.

no, i'm forgetting it because it is so uselss. Confusion? what Confusion? you can still ping your mate or talk with them. The only thing which is useful is preventing the enemy from healing their mate or for example shen to ulti
