Fervor of Battle only really works with crit builds. What about AD casters?

With the Fervor of battle rework, players now stack AD instead on pure on hit damage. On-hit builds can still gain about 120 damage per hit at max stacks if they build 100% crit. (64 ad at max stacks and crit = 120 damage per hit.)

However, AD caster would love to use that AD also. But they have a tough time stacking it because they don't build attack speed or crit.

Would it be too much to ask for Fervor of battle to stack with abilities once again? That way, AD caster/assassins can use it also.

It would be a great buff to Lucian/MF/Ez as AD casters who got indirectly nerfed by the armor pen changes.
