If you are winning more as a fill, then you might be a well rounded player and then by all means fill. But if you're stuck it likely means you arent good at filling. I only support and for the most part 99% 1TP Soraka. You need to be smart at identify what you are asap if you want to climb. Always be self critical and ignore all variables that don't pertain to you. You can fix baddies but you can fix your own badness. Second you find what your worst mistakes are you'll climb. Gets more specific each bracket you climb, but you'll get there.
