Wolfalisk3181 votesPantheon doesn't scale. Yes he will rofldelete you for the first 15 minutes, but he won't be doing it late-game.
Enter Zed and Rengar who rofldelete you from the minute the game starts until the minute the game ends.
This is why Pantheon is not complained about.
