i always see people crying draven opitem 3812 item 3046

The thing is about draven, NOBODY builds PD on him, its a rarely built item. Why the hell do people keep saying this combo is op when its never used, even as a draven main.

DD is the main complaint, but if youre a diver/assassin then hes basically getting 42% dmg reduction on you, with is pretty absurd with his healing/dmg

They're saying DD and BT are broken together, people typically bring up PD as an add on, not as a main complaint.
