I'm torn between these two teams.

I don't know who I want to win worlds..

On one hand we have SKT. They've been world champs multiple times. But they have faker, who I personally think is overrated (dopa). At the same time, the team is incredible and has shown that they belong at the top over and over again. The problem here is that this season is the worst SKT has ever looked and I don't want another line of SKT skins and I've always been a bit of an underdog person.

On the other hand we have SSG who I don't honestly care about. OTHER THAN RULER, none of them stand out to me. Im not emotionally invested in the team itself, more-so with the chance they have to topple the #1 team for years running. Im purely rooting for them because they are underdogs and expected to lose.

Saying faker is overrated (dopa) is like saying michael jordan is overrated (lebron) two of them have successfully dominated at the highest level in their field The other two are dominate where it doesnt matter. Dopa is a nobody when it comes to the LCS

Only because he isn't in the LCS.

If you were to put dopa vs faker, faker would lose most of the time. Thats nothing against faker, but the dude shouldnt get "God" title because of his mechanics. If you look at his actual laning phase, its not that special compared to other LCS mid laners. SKT gets their strength from teamwork and coordination, thats why they are repeated world champions. It isnt solely because "Faker=God"

Also, yes Michael jordan is overrated (lebron.) MJ is only a household name because he branched outside of basketball. He did some acting, including space jam which was the theme of the 90's. Lebron is a household name because of his abilities in basketball. I think that in both their primes, lebron would crush MJ

MJ is not a household name because of his other activities. And LBJ also does some "acting." So you can't use that like that.

Space jam made him a household name to ALL the people that don't do sport's. . The movie was appreciated by pretty much EVERY demographic it hit.

I can't name the movie Lebron's been in. (Im sure he's been in something, but it isnt space jam:P )

SSG is impressive. Ambition was not a jungler. HE never made it to Worlds at all for years. He joined SSG.

CoreJJ was the ADC. Every player was new. Crown came from Brazil. They did poorly in Spring. CoreJJ got benched. Then went support. They run the Gauntlet and qualify for worlds.

Take SKT to Game 5 (at the time the first time ever).

Thn Ran the Gauntlet AGAIN in 2017.

Only in name.

SSW literally disbanded. These guys were all mostly brand new. Being tied to the Samsung name shouldn't be tied together.

Ah ok.

Yeah Im rooting for SSG, but I just don't watch their games or know their players (aside from ruler, #1 adc in korea for a while)

Where I watch every SKT game.

I tend to only watch 'big" fights, or if something interested was picked. But I like SSG and think they play smart. I think they sandbag even if they won't admit it. But smart.

Also, Ruler replaced CoreJJ as the ADC. But CoreJJ then became his support, which is super cool.

CoreJJ wasn't thought to be too good on the role, but he started showing up more and more.
