How can you not ban that broken Ryze?

Not sure why Ryze is left in this state. Extremely easy to play, safe lane phase, huge late game scaling... They should just nerf him to a 47% winrate until they can figure out what to do with him and give him a large-scale rework (something like they did with kayle/morgana)-- and not a mini-rework that barely changes anything. The whole "machine-gun" spam your skills gameplay isn't something that appears they can balance. I get that Ryze is one of the originals, so there needs to be a place for straightforward and simple kits, but there's got to be something they can do. "Mage on the run", there's got to be something they can do with that.

Sure, let both Ryze and Tahm Kench onto the enemy team. What could possibly go wrong?

I felt the same about GP in fnc vs rng.

EU is so bad

It had nothing to do with the champion it was DoinB and FPX playing better. It's not like Fnatic were playing so good but oh damn that OP ryze is the only thing stopping them from losing.
