League Stream lags on twitch since end of season 5
Used to be fine now it's unwatchable, and can only watch stream casts hosted on youtube or azubu.

That's because Twitch is pretty crap. Especially PC Twitch. I've seen tablet Twitch run fine, but I've never seen a clean PC Twitch LoL stream from the Twitch site.
then probably your internet or PC is somewhat slow. Twitch is crappy in a way, it just uses way more ressources to achieve the same as youtube or azubu (which really sucks for streams that only can get rewatched on twitch like IEM).
