Question about LCS

I was watching a few games and it suddenly me dawned on me to ask something. Can the players hear the commentators when they talk about picks and plays in the game etc. I presume the audience can hear the commentators so how do the players not hear it as sometimes they give away vital information before an actual play has happened? So isn't their a chance that an LCS team could effectively "cheat" by listening to the commentators and how is this prevented?

Just something I wanted to ask.

No. The players have sound proof headsets. It's also how the can hear each other with the crowd cheering

There is sound proofing. So they can only hear each other, no the audience, commentators, or enemy team.

No, they can't hear. It's even rare that they can hear the crowd when it's really loud, although they technically can, and have in one or two situations.
