Anybody else think this new LCS format sucks?

Running two games at the same time is just ridiculous and annoying. Especially since this season is notorious for being one-sided with even the smallest little leads. This is almost as frustrating as dynamic queue.

No, it's just a sign of a growing league. You can't watch every NFL game, but people don't complain about that.

I kind of like it. If I'm watching a blowout I can switch over to the other game and watch that one. With VODs I can always watch the ones I missed if I want to.

It's called progress. All sports eventually have to show more than one stream/game. You have to adapt. I personally don't mind. I don't have stay up until unGodly hours to watch my favorite teams. I just pick the stream I want and watch the teams I want to watch play. It's not that bad.

You can just multi twitch and select the audio you want..........

It's great. Not only do we now get series in stead of single games, meaning our teams get to actually improve a lot more, but we also get the ability to avoid watching the games we don't want to see without having to just stop watching for an hour.

If Liquid is playing, I can just go watch the other stream, then check the results and if they lost, go watch the VoD. It's great.

I just want a solid highlight reel, no time to watch whole games but I love Sports Center

Yes. I said from the beginning of the announcement it wold suck. And mostly it does.

It wasn't quite as bad as I feared because there is all the b s before and after games so I could then switch to the other stream. But yea, it's not good.

THe issue is that with the Bo3 format, they just cant squeeze all the games into 2 days of 1 stream.

I completely agree with you on the simultaneous streams. It really really sucks that I miss out on action because of the duo streams. They are trying to be more like Football or other sports, only they don't have that many teams or an actual need for simultaneous broadcasts.

It's a disservice to the viewers to literally make them miss out on games just because they want to feel like a real sport. I LOVE the LCS. In all previous seasons, though, one could simply watch all the games as they happened without being spoiled by the live broadcasts of other games. This is no longer the case.

I disagree with you (and everyone else) about Dynamic Queue, though. I love it, but that's not what this post is about so I'll leave it at that.
