Instead of admitting it and doing the right thing and saying it shouldn't have been done, riot yet again acts like it's some kind of perfect company that does no wrong because they care too much about their PR.

Riot has a history of acting like they are all ears/care, but they don't do anything. Riot is doing it to save face as they see how blizzard is getting hammered. They realized instead of censoring it when the topic is so hot, they shouldn't have. Silly them forgetting about the rule of "when you try to prevent something, it usually ends up making it happen".

But knowing the league community, they want to believe it because they want to keep playing league (addicted), so will put on their rose tinted glasses and drink the kool aid.
