As an EU player, don't hate on Curse. Neither on LMQ.

1st of all, I'm not the biggest fan of Curse (as organization, not as team) due to the continuous change in roster. However, this kind of hate fans give (similar to CLG) makes me sick. They did their best, they made insane plays, and finally, 4th place is nothing to be ashamed of. Surely I also didn't think they should have gone on tilt like they did, but hey we're all humans.

If you're a true supporter you should support, not hate. Encourage them to get better, don't kick them in the balls.

Curse did their best, and that was seen on the series.

Finally, also don't hate LMQ for being chinese. This to me is simply racism. Unlike other teams who buy LCS spots (cough cough) they did their best since begining. They climbed through rankeds, they won challenger series, they won promotions, they were 2nd on the split, they won the game to worlds... They simply are good. Acknowledge that.

GG to Curse and to LMQ, to me was the best playoff series so far. At least from the ones I saw.

LMQ is a good team. They aren't a North American team. So why, I ask, are they allowed to represent North America as a region when they are a team made up of Chinese players with Chinese ownership?

To be fair, I feel the exact same way about Evil Geniuses and TSM with the number of non-North American players they have. And, to be clear, I don't care what country you are from as long as you are on the North American (including "Central America") Continent. But I do start to care when NA teams have so many EU/China/KR players that they aren't even North American teams.

I respectfully disagree. As I watched I couldn't help but wonder what Curse was doing at champ select on games 3+. I think they did the best with the comps they had in those games. I think the comps were poorly selected.

As for why you think people dislike LMQ this sums it up nicely The debate is not about LMQ being good or not. The question is whether it is appropriate for them to represent NA. There is a reason that WORLDs is a competition of regional teams not simply the end of a giant world wide bracket. I have nothing against LMQ. They are skilled. They are entertaining to watch. They are not an NA team. I feel the same way about Olympic athletes that switch countries so they can go. If you can't hack it in your region you can't win WORLDs anyway.
