Why Is The Expansion Tournament Not On Youtube?

Normally you can watch all the League games on Youtube on the LOL Esports channel but for the expansion tournaments this is not possible, why? I like watching on youtube as it's one of the few platforms you can rewind, pause and actual control the player unlike the other platforms which don't have as many control options.
