Shoulds Riot allow more teams into the lcs?

Should the cap being raised? The Nba has like 50 teams along with the nfl and nhl. I am not saying riot should allow 50 teams but I would say it be a nice idea to raise the cap to 15-20, their is SO MANY amazingly talented challenger players who deserve to play in the lcs, and so many go unoticed simply because job space to fit players into the lcs is so tiny.

We have big names like Shaq and the owner of the lakers/kings investing into esports now.

If the world is willing to step up into our world, then shouldn't we step up as well and allow a growth of more players and teams to show what they can do on the big stage?

And just another, you don't have to be in the LCS to say they have a job in the League career

Challenger Teams is also............

I feel like an interesting idea for NA is to have an East LCS and a West LCS, with the winners meeting up in the split finals/3rd place game. China already has an alike, but smaller system, and it would work very well with Riot apparently wanting to have a simulcast. Now, if they get their heads out of their asses and play one Bo2/Bo3 per week rather than two (seriously, this new system is the dumbest thing I have ever seen), then it would work almost perfectly.

Also, as a note, NBA, NHL, and NFL all sit at 30-32 teams.

I wonder... if there is really so much talent waiting to enter the LCS, then why were so many of the LCS teams unfilled until very close to the start of the season? I'm all for more teams if the existing teams get stable rosters for a new season in a timely fashion. I'd rather not see a bunch of teams that get crushed easily because they didn't really have the talent to fill them.

If they did this and also made Zed and Lee Sin no longer esports worthy, then the LCS would actually be worth watching. That is exactly why it will never happen.

I'm sure they plan to do so when the LCS gets larger, As of right now 10 teams is enough.

First, NBA only has 30 teams not 50; it's about the same for each of the other leagues you mentioned has well. Secondly, given the current setup of the LCS it would be really hard to accommodate that many teams. The pro sports leagues play for 6-9 months of the year, while the LCS plays for 3 months at a time. They would have to entirely change how they operate the league to fit in more teams.

I thought of something like that with 2 conferences with 8-10 teams in each conference but that amount of teams and players that is a lot of paycheck handed out and I'm pretty sure Riot and sponsors don't want to give out anymore money than they have to.
