Yes, if TSM wins the Final they go to worlds instantly because they are the summer champions.

If CLG wins, they go to worlds as the #1 because of being the summer Champions, TSM goes as the second seed due to points and Team Liquid goes as the 3rd seed on points as well.

C9 needs TSM to win so that there is an "elimination" tournament of sorts for the final seed. They'd have to beat Gravity, TIP and CLG to pull it off though, so it would be very hard.

You are wrong. Please do not talk about stuff you do not understand as you just confuse people. The way this set up works is that three teams go to worlds. The first is the winner of the summer split. The second is the team with the most points (excluding the team who won the summer split). The last is a gaunlet of the next 4 teams with the highest points. C9 will be in that tourney either way.

C9 is already locked into the gauntlet. They play against GV first.

I like them better since the playoffs began and they removed their heads from their asses. It was so obvious that their summer split strategy was complete fail. Their new strategy is so much better.
