After watching various problems with orgs in the LCS and from coaching two small-time Challenger teams, I know how tough it can be to protect the players. They're mostly young kids, sometimes taking their first job EVER. Keeping their best interests at heart is not just a priority, but it's a pretty tall order.

Are you talking about Dragon Knights and Renegades if so can you explain the situation with the problem cause I don't understand what happened. The way Riot explained it Dragon knights took their players to play Paintball without helmets or something. Also are Renegades and Dragon Knights eliminated from the summer split ?
Reading about the things management of all three teams did made be feel ill.
